China Denies Responsibility For Old Ones

The Politburo has released an official statement denying all responsibility for the summoning of the Old Ones. When pressed as to the identity of the culprit, the PRC stated that it was clearly the work of a party who believed the end times to be near and that the Old Ones were the only solution.
