Unrest in Mexico, South Korea

In what appears to be general civil unrest in response to the still-unidentified threat, riots have brokenneither out in both Mexico and South Korea. Russia has confirmed that they have sent 'peacekeeping forces' to Mexico to attend to the unrest, with no plans to extend said forces.
