North Korea declares war!

North Korea has declared war on Japan and South Korea. The head of state of Japan has stated that it will defend it's interests and those of ally South Korea 'by any means necessary'. China and Russia have moved troops into South Korea without the permission of Japan, but these activities appear to have been entirely peaceful (quelling of riots).

Japan says it will be issuing a general condemnation of North Korea.
